RR Skillverse is a free educational platform providing courses, blog articles, AI-powered tools, exam preparation materials, and video content focused on Microsoft Azure, Power BI, .NET, and AI technologies. The platform is built and maintained by Raushan Ranjan (MCT).

3. Free and Premium Content

Free content (available without login): Blog articles, YouTube videos, AI tools (Markify, Error Explainer, Post Optimizer, etc.), ExamPrep practice questions (60% free), Build Real guides, and AI Academy basic notes.

Premium content (paid, no subscription): Full ExamPrep question banks (₹199/$15), PDF downloads (₹99/$9), and detailed AI Academy notes.

Prices are subject to change. All payments are one-time per item — no recurring subscriptions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on RR Skillverse — including text, code examples, graphics, tools, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Raushan Ranjan / RR Skillverse unless otherwise stated. You may:

• Use content for personal learning and reference
• Share links to articles and tools
• Use code examples in your own projects (with attribution appreciated)

You may NOT:

• Republish articles or course content as your own
• Resell or redistribute premium content
• Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial purposes

5. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our AI-powered tools (Markify, Error Explainer, Code Explainer, etc.) use Azure OpenAI GPT-4o. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify AI outputs before using them in production or professional settings. RR Skillverse is not liable for decisions made based on AI tool outputs.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Submit false information through contact forms or feedback
• Use AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content

7. Limitation of Liability

RR Skillverse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to exam results, career decisions, or financial losses based on content consumed on this platform.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF downloads, exam question banks), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to paid content, contact us at raushanr1107@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Noida/Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
