By accessing and using RR Skillverse (rrskillverse.in), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

RR Skillverse is a free, independent, non-commercial learning platform providing Technology Topics, handbooks, notes, blog articles, AI-powered tools, and video content focused on Microsoft Azure, Power BI, .NET, and AI technologies. The platform is built and maintained by Raushan Ranjan (MCT).

3. Content Access

All content on RR Skillverse is permanently free — no account, no payment, no subscription required. This includes blog articles, YouTube videos, AI tools, handbooks, Build Real guides, AI Academy notes, and all other materials on the platform.

Voluntary donations are accepted only through the Support RR Skillverse page. They are appreciated but never required, and do not buy any product, service, or access. See the Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on RR Skillverse — including text, code examples, graphics, tools, handbooks, and topic materials — is the intellectual property of Raushan Ranjan / RR Skillverse unless otherwise stated. You may:

• Use content for personal learning and reference
• Share links to articles and tools
• Use code examples in your own projects (with attribution appreciated)
• Download demo project files from the Academy for personal learning and practice

You may NOT:

• Republish articles, handbooks, or topic content as your own
• Resell or redistribute any content from this platform
• Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial purposes
• Redistribute or resell downloadable Academy demo files

5. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our AI-powered tools (Markify, Error Explainer, Code Explainer, etc.) use Azure OpenAI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify AI outputs before using them in production or professional settings. RR Skillverse is not liable for decisions made based on AI tool outputs.

Usage limits: Free AI tools and lesson generation features are rate-limited to ensure fair availability for all users. If you reach a limit, you may see an optional form inviting you to register interest in premium access — submitting that form is entirely voluntary and collects only your email and message.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Submit false information through contact forms or feedback
• Use AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content

7. Limitation of Liability

RR Skillverse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to exam results, career decisions, or financial losses based on content consumed on this platform.

8. No Sales or Paid Content

RR Skillverse does not sell any product, subscription, or paid content, and does not earn from advertising or sponsorships. There is nothing to purchase and therefore no refunds apply. Donations made through the Support RR Skillverse page are voluntary gifts toward hosting costs. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact raushanr1107@gmail.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Noida/Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
