RR Skillverse (rrskillverse.in) is a free educational technology platform built and maintained by Raushan Ranjan, a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) based in Noida, India. Our mission is to provide free, high-quality learning resources for Cloud, Data, and AI technologies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide and improve our services:

Information you provide voluntarily:

• Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter
• Name and email — when you submit a contact form
• Feedback text — when you rate a tool or submit suggestions
• Axiom AI conversations — when you use the Axiom AI chat feature, your messages and AI responses are stored on our servers for service quality review
• Email and message — if you voluntarily submit an interest form after reaching a usage limit on AI tools

Information collected automatically:

• Page views and blog post views (anonymous, no personal identification)
• Browser type, device type, and general location (via standard web analytics)
• IP address — captured temporarily for rate-limiting AI tools and lesson generation; not stored with any personal identifier

Information we do NOT collect:

• We do not require account creation or login for free content
• We do not collect payment information (payments are handled by UPI, PayPal, or bank transfer directly)
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. A session cookie is set only when accessing the admin portal — regular site visitors do not receive cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send newsletter emails (only if you subscribed)
• To respond to contact form messages
• To improve our tools and content based on feedback
• To understand which content is most useful (anonymous analytics)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• Azure PostgreSQL — for subscriber emails, contact messages, and feedback
• Azure App Service — for hosting the platform with enterprise-grade security
• Azure OpenAI — AI processing for our tools. Your inputs are processed in real-time by Azure OpenAI and are NOT used to train AI models. Azure OpenAI provides enterprise data privacy guarantees. Separately, Axiom AI (our chat assistant) stores conversation messages in our own Azure-hosted database for service quality review — see Section 2 above.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — for anonymous website traffic analysis
• YouTube — for embedded video content
• Giscus (GitHub) — for blog post comments
• Google Fonts — for typography

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your subscriber email or contact data
• Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time
• Request a copy of any data we hold about you

7. Children's Privacy

RR Skillverse is designed for professional learners and students aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
