Make practical tech learning free, clear and usable
RR Skillverse is my personal learning space and workplace. It is where I compile the tools I build, the notes and handbooks I keep and the blogs I write, and make all of it free for anyone learning Cloud, Data and AI.
After years of teaching working professionals, I noticed the same pattern: people rarely struggle because a topic is too hard. They struggle because nobody explained why it matters before showing how it works. So everything here starts with the why: a real-world analogy, then the concept, then something you can build.
The aim is simple: Learn the idea properly, Build something with it, and Grow at your own pace. AI (Axiom) helps along the way with another explanation when you need one, but clear teaching and your own practice stay at the centre.

Trainer first, engineer by habit
I'm Raushan Ranjan, a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and corporate technical trainer based in Noida, India. Many learners know me simply as Raushan Sir. For more than 11 years I've worked in technology education, teaching enterprise teams in person and in virtual classrooms across government, banking and finance, energy, defence, healthcare and technology.
I also build what I teach. My background includes .NET development and full-stack engineering, and today much of my work is in AI engineering: RAG, AI agents, Azure OpenAI and responsible AI. RR Skillverse itself is one of those builds. I designed and developed it end to end (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Azure OpenAI and a Python tools service on Azure), and it keeps evolving as I learn.
